Rufforth Methodist Chapel has, sadly, decided to close with effect from the end of August this year, due to a lack of numbers attending.
This does mean that the schoolroom will, from that date, not be available for the Rufforth Outreach Post Office. The Parish Council are in discussion with the Post office and Rufforth Village Institute and are confident that we will be able to facilitate an alternative location in the village to ensure the continuation of the current service. We will keep residents informed of full details once they are confirmed.
